These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the mobile application "Ethyria" and its associated website ethyria.at, offered by:

2. Subject Matter

2.1 The app provides a digital dream journal with AI-powered dream analyses. The scope of services depends on the plan you have booked (free tier / premium subscription).

2.2 The app and website are intended exclusively for persons aged 16 and over.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is formed when you register in the app and confirm these Terms. For single analyses via the website, the contract is formed upon completion of the payment process through Stripe.

4. Services and Subscription

4.1 Free tier: Keep a dream journal with up to 3 free AI analyses (General).

4.2 Premium subscription: Unlimited AI analyses (General, Freud, Jung, Spiritual), advanced statistics and all future premium features.

4.3 The premium subscription is billed via the respective app store (Google Play / Apple App Store). Current prices are shown in the app.

4.4 Single analyses (website): Single dream analyses can be purchased on the website as a one-time payment via Stripe. The analysis is made available immediately after successful payment.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 The premium subscription runs for the chosen billing period (monthly / annual) and renews automatically unless cancelled in due time.

5.2 Cancellation must be made exclusively via the respective app store at least 24 hours before the end of the current term.

5.3 After cancellation, access to premium content remains available until the end of the paid period.

6. Rights of Use

You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the app and website for private purposes. Any commercial use, reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

7. User Content

7.1 Dream content you enter remains your property.

7.2 You grant Ethyria the right to process dream data solely to provide the contractually agreed AI analysis services.

7.3 Entering unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of third parties is prohibited.

8. Liability

8.1 The AI analyses are informational in nature and do not constitute psychological, medical or therapeutic advice.

8.2 In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations. Our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract.

8.3 Liability for data loss is limited to the damage that would have occurred even if you had properly backed up your data.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated to users at least 30 days before they take effect.

10. Governing Law

Austrian law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office in Linz, Austria.
